Exhibitor Hub: Update your company profile, add administrator accounts, and download or submit essential materials such as furniture catalogs, manuals, seminar and demo requests, and more.
Exhibitor Checklist: Organize your exhibition schedule using our essential deadlines and checklists, available in either alphabetical or chronological order.
Exhibitor Dashboard Analytics : Monitor your profile engagement of online visitors and the number of visitors secured through smart readers on-site.
Exhibitor badges and visa letters, as well as downloading promotional materials, will be sent via unique links to the administrator email in mid-April.

1. Get started with your Exhibitor Profile

Our thousands of visitors will be utilising the Exhibitor Directory, as they decide who they would like to meet at the exhibition. This is your chance to get their attention.

To ensure you don't miss the opportunity to drive visitors to your stand, update your profile with your latest company description and logo. Take it a step further to showcase your expertise by adding your products, videos, social channels and latest news.

You can also download or submit important documents such as furniture catalogs, exhibitor manuals, and requests for seminars and formulation demos for feature zones.

2. Stay ahead - checklist, deadlines

To aid you before and during the event, the Exhibitor Checklist offers essential operational and marketing details, including deadlines. You can organize your tasks either chronologically or alphabetically for easy reference.

3. Register badges and visa letters

To help promote your place at in-cosmetics Korea, we create digital banner templates for you to quickly personalise with your stand number, ready to add to your email signatures and website. You can also generate personalised invitations to send directly to your prospects, encouraging them to meet you.

You will be able to access the details of those who have registered using the personalised links in your banners and invitations.

We're creating unique site links for each exhibitor, which will be sent to the administrators' email addresses in mid-April.

4. Analayse performance

Analyse your company profile performance and view recommendations to drive further ROI. Just log in to your Exhibitor Hub and click on Exhibitor Dashboard Analytics.

PRE-SHOW: Find out how many online visitors are viewing your online profile and engaging with your brand. Take action to complete your profile and boost online visitor engagement.

AT SHOW: Check how many buyers visited your stand based on real time scans by your team and smart readers.

POST SHOW: Review metrics for leads and digital engagement. Segment leads captured by attributes of interest.
