• Choose your stand type

  Once you have decided the preferred location of your stand by downloading the floorplan and viewing availability, the next task is to consider what type of stand you would like. There are four options to choose from to suit your specific needs:

• SmartSpace: available to stands of 12m² and over

  Let us take the hassle and expense out of building your own stand. Fully customised, Bespoke or Modular System Stands are tailor-made to meet your needs. An Account Manager will guide you through the process to produce a stand to your specification.

  Premium Shell Scheme

  Your stand will be positioned 40 cm higher than standard stands, your logo will appear on a large fascia board, and you can choose from an extensive range of carpet and fascia board colours. Two graphic panels included.

• Space Only

  Only the floor space is provided. Exhibitors are responsible for the design & construction of the stand using contractors of their own choice within the Rules & Regulations of the event.

  Shell Scheme

  Includes rear and dividing walls, carpet, name board and ceiling grid onto which spotlights may be fixed (spotlights, electricity and furniture should be ordered separately).

• In addition to my stand, what else is included?

  Depending on the type of registration you choose, different benefits are included. Standard registration includes a listing in the exhibitor directory, product directory and in the show catalogue or pocket guide. To really stand out to potential customers you can choose a premium package that will promote your company and brand in prominent positions.

  Complete the new exhibitor booking form and a member of the sales team will contact you to discuss your requirements, give you the cost of your selection and finalise your stand booking.
