In 2018, China National Medical Products Administration (NMPA-Subordinate to SAMR) officially released the draft version of CSAR (Cosmetic Supervision and Administration Regulations). The scope of cosmetic products and the category of Special-Use Cosmetics will be adjusted.

These great changes will be all shared by Jason Chan, the compliance head of cosmetic division. He will also introduce the filing policy and explained the hot concerned difference between filing and registration as well as the influence on cosmetic companies.
