Circadian rhythm is the basic bio-system to maintain body homeostasis. We have a 24hr rhythm which is controlled by the circadian clock of genes.

If the skin rhythm is disturbed by UV, irregular daily routine, stress, etc., the circadian clock of genes expression becomes too high or low, which causes skin ageing.

MicroRNAs play a pivotal role, regulating protein synthesis as well as gene expression in all cells. Through the regulation of the circadian clock of genes expression targeted by micro RNAs and the maintenance of homeostasis of the circadian clock of genes expression, we can restore the collapsed skin rhythm and regain a heathy skin.
