Autophagy, an “intracellular housekeeping” machinery for healthy and beautiful skin, has emerged as an important and attractive target for cosmetic applications. Incospharm, an expert in developing new peptide derivatives with autophagy research, has successfully developed many autophagy-based cosmeceutical ingredients.

Focusing on the crucial roles of autophagy in skin homeostasis, Incospharm introduce Sobodulin, the first sebum formation (sebogenesis) modulating ingredient based on autophagy signaling. Unlike the conventional sebum controlling ingredients with skin drying pitfall, Sebodulin works not only on sebocytes but also on keratinocytes for effectively and efficiently restore the healthy hydrolipidic film on skin.
