Jennifer is the co-Founder and Managing Partner of The Benchmarking Company, a beauty and personal care research firm that that is laser-focused on providing quantitative and qualitative consumer research. TBC has a proven track record in cosmetics, skincare, beauty devices, men’s personal care, body care, nail care, fragrance and wellness and personal care.

Jennifer has worked for more than 25 years as a marketing, communications and research professional, successfully implementing effective marketing strategies to grow market share for companies in a variety of industries.

As one of the co-founders, Jennifer oversees every aspect of TBC’s business including developing testing protocols for consumer studies, executing quantitative studies, and consulting with clients on mitigating legal and regulatory risk as it pertains to claims substantiation. Jennifer has become an expert in topics including natural and organic beauty and personal care, consumer’s demand and acceptance of CBD/cannabis-based products, retail specific shopping behaviors, multi-cultural beauty and forecasting beauty trends.

Jennifer has published numerous articles on beauty topics and is an experienced speaker on topics ranging from beauty trends to entrepreneurship, writing for and contributing to leading trade publications including GCI, Happi, BW Confidential and Beauty Packaging News and presenting at industry trade events including Cosmoprof, Innocos, HAPPI Skincare Conference and HBA.

Jennifer serves on the board of directors of ICMAD and is a member of CEW and Beauty Industry West.
