Travelling to the venue
Seoul is the capital of the Republic of Korea, and the largest city centre in the developed world.
COEX is located in the World Trade Center Complex in Gangnam District, and is easily accessible by subway, bus, car or bike. The nearest subway stations are Samseong on subway line number 2 and Bongeunsa Station on subway line number 9.

Travel & Visa Information
Check if you need a visa or permit with the nearest embassy of the country you are going to.
Apply for K-ETA or Visa (Skip this if you are Korean national, APEC card holder or ARC holder)
○ Starting 1st September 2021, K-ETA is Mandatory for all foreigners entering Korea from visa waiver countries and visa-free countries.
○ Please apply for K-ETA (click) if your nationality is eligible for K-ETA AND if you are going to Korea for tourism, business meetings, discussions, conferences, short-term study with stay below 90 days, family visit...etc. (Refer to K-ETA User Manual for details). We recommend you to apply for K-ETA at least one week prior to your departure.
To request a letter of invitation, please fill out the visitor registration form. Once your registration is complete, you will be directed to a confirmation page. On this page, there will be a link to download your letter of invitation. You will also receive a confirmation email that includes a link to download your letter of invitation.
